SSL Certificates

We can offer secure SSL connections for any part of your website at a range of prices based on level of security. If you are not an IT junky then please contact art71 to discuss current options. If you are running your website on the art71 server please scroll down for some help in installing your SSL certificate.

Using Plesk to install your certificate

We will change the DNS of your domain to a newly assigned IP address so your SSL certificate will be uniquely identified with your website. Within Plesk you can change the hosting setting of your domain to the new IP address. Then, check the tick boxes under the "Preferences" subheading to enable both "SSL support" and to "Use a single directory for housing SSL and non-SSL content". Once you do this, all files will be served up regardless of whether the connection is HTTP or HTTPS.

I still get an error message

Make sure you have installed your certificate. Under your domain setup, select the certificate under the "IP Address" subheading.

Third Party SSL Certificates

We can use third party certificates. Please supply key file, certificate and Certificate Authority Cert (CA) along with the instructions for install by the SSL vendor. We cannot guarantee that a third party certificate can be installed successfully however.
