art71 acknowledge that some software running websites is opensource code and in respect of the terms of this code we have always retained the full ownership or authorship notice in the source code

Where indicated in the source code, copyright in scripted software and programs remain with the original authors. Art71 will always leave copyright statements intact and you should refer to the underlying code for any copyright statement

Bespoke software written by art71 remains copyright protected and may not be operated by any third party. Software written by art71 (which has not been released as opensource) may only be executed on web servers operated by art71 and the software is not transferable to any third-party web server

The design or look of the website is the property of the client or organisation who originally commissioned or paid for the website. art71 believes 100% that the owner of a commissioned design is the client who paid for the design. If you believe that your work is being used on one of our client websites in breach of any other agreement you may have agreed in the past please contact us

Some art71 photographic images are licensed to our clients for a lifetime use on their website regardless of who runs the site. However, the presence of these photographs on a website does not mean that they may be used for any other purpose whatsoever without payment of suitable license fees to art71 and we will seek damages for the uses of photographic images for any other use

All disputes relating to copyright issues, howsoever arising, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
